पर्जन्योऽहं महाभागे त्वं वृष्टिः परमेश्वरि । अहं संवत्सरो देवि त्वमृतुः परिकीर्त्तिता
parjanyo'haṃ mahābhāge tvaṃ vṛṣṭiḥ parameśvari | ahaṃ saṃvatsaro devi tvamṛtuḥ parikīrttitā
ഹേ മഹാഭാഗേ, ഞാൻ പർജന്യൻ (മഴവാഹക മേഘം); ഹേ പരമേശ്വരി, നീ വൃഷ്ടി. ഹേ ദേവി, ഞാൻ സംവത്സരം; നീ ഋതു എന്നു പരികീർത്തിത.
