taṃ dṛṣṭvā mānavo devi bhāskarapāpataskaram | na dāridryamavāpnoti yāvajjīvati mānavaḥ

Translation

ഹേ ദേവി, പാപങ്ങളെ അപഹരിക്കുന്ന ആ ഭാസ്കരനെ (സൂര്യനെ) ദർശിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ, ജീവിക്കുന്ന കാലമൊട്ടും ദാരിദ്ര്യം പ്രാപിക്കുകയില്ല.
