ततः सुकन्या संवीता तावुवाच सुरोत्तमौ । शर्यातितनयां वित्तं भार्यां च च्यवनस्य माम्
tataḥ sukanyā saṃvītā tāvuvāca surottamau | śaryātitanayāṃ vittaṃ bhāryāṃ ca cyavanasya mām
അപ്പോൾ സുകന്യ യഥാവിധി ആവൃതയായി, ആ ദേവശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“എന്നെ ശര്യാതിയുടെ പുത്രിയായി, ച്യവനന്റെ ഭാര്യയായി അറിയുക।”
