ईश्वर उवाच । ततस्तौ हृष्टमनसौ नासत्यौ दिवि जग्मतुः । च्यवनोऽपि सुकन्या च सुराविव विजह्रतुः
īśvara uvāca | tatastau hṛṣṭamanasau nāsatyau divi jagmatuḥ | cyavano'pi sukanyā ca surāviva vijahratuḥ
ഈശ്വരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അപ്പോൾ ഹൃഷ്ടമനസ്സുകളായ നാസത്യദ്വയം സ്വർഗത്തിലേക്ക് പോയി. ച്യവനനും സുകന്യയോടൊപ്പം, ദിവ്യദമ്പതികളെപ്പോലെ, ആനന്ദത്തോടെ വിഹരിച്ചു।
