तद्वाक्यं च्यवनो भार्यामुवाचाद्रियतामिति । इत्युक्ता च्यवनेनाथ सुकन्या तावुवाच वै
tadvākyaṃ cyavano bhāryāmuvācādriyatāmiti | ityuktā cyavanenātha sukanyā tāvuvāca vai
ആ വാക്ക് കേട്ട് ച്യവനൻ തന്റെ ഭാര്യയോട്, “ഇത് അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെടട്ടെ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ച്യവനന്റെ നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരം സുകന്യ ആ രണ്ടുപേരോടും (അശ്വിന്മാരോടും) പറഞ്ഞു।
