तस्योत्पत्तिं प्रवक्ष्यामि शृणुष्वैकमनाः प्रिये । पुरा पंचशिरा आसीद्ब्रह्मा लोकपितामहः
tasyotpattiṃ pravakṣyāmi śṛṇuṣvaikamanāḥ priye | purā paṃcaśirā āsīdbrahmā lokapitāmahaḥ
അതിന്റെ ഉത്ഭവം ഞാൻ പറയാം—ഹേ പ്രിയേ, ഏകാഗ്രമനസ്സോടെ കേൾക്കുക. പുരാതനകാലത്ത് ലോകപിതാമഹനായ ബ്രഹ്മാവ് പഞ്ചശിരസ്സുള്ളവനായിരുന്നു।
