तर्पणात्पिंडदानाच्च नरकेष्वपि संस्थिताः । स्वर्गं प्रयांति पितरः सुपुत्रेणेह तारिताः
tarpaṇātpiṃḍadānācca narakeṣvapi saṃsthitāḥ | svargaṃ prayāṃti pitaraḥ suputreṇeha tāritāḥ
തർപ്പണവും പിണ്ഡദാനവും ചെയ്താൽ നരകത്തിൽ നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന പിതൃക്കളും സ്വർഗ്ഗം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു; ഇവിടെ സത്പുത്രൻ അവരെ തരിക്കുന്നു।
