पितॄणां वल्लभं तीर्थं पिंडेनैकेन तर्पिताः । ब्रह्मलोकं गमिष्यंति सुपुत्रेणेह तारिताः

pitṝṇāṃ vallabhaṃ tīrthaṃ piṃḍenaikena tarpitāḥ | brahmalokaṃ gamiṣyaṃti suputreṇeha tāritāḥ

ഈ തീർത്ഥം പിതൃകൾക്ക് അത്യന്തം പ്രിയമാണ്. ഒരു പിണ്ഡം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ തൃപ്തരായി, സത്പുത്രനാൽ ഇവിടെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കപ്പെട്ട പിതൃകൾ ബ്രഹ്മലോകം പ്രാപിക്കും।
