पश्य मेंऽगुष्ठतो ब्रह्मन्भूरि भस्म विनिर्गतम् । न नृत्येऽहं न मे हर्षस्तथापि मुनिसत्तम
paśya meṃ'guṣṭhato brahmanbhūri bhasma vinirgatam | na nṛtye'haṃ na me harṣastathāpi munisattama
കാണുക, ഹേ ബ്രാഹ്മണാ! എന്റെ അങ്കുഷ്ഠത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ധാരാളം ഭസ്മം പുറപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ നൃത്തം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല; എനിക്ക് ഹർഷവും ഇല്ല, ഹേ മുനിശ്രേഷ്ഠാ.
