ഇങ്ങനെ ശ്രീസ്കന്ദ മഹാപുരാണത്തിലെ എൺപത്തൊന്നായിരം ശ്ലോകങ്ങളുള്ള സംഹിതയിൽ, ഏഴാം പ്രഭാസഖണ്ഡത്തിലെ ആദ്യ ‘പ്രഭാസക്ഷേത്രമാഹാത്മ്യ’ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ, ‘ത്രിതകൂപതീർത്ഥമാഹാത്മ്യവർണനം’ എന്ന പേരിലുള്ള ഇരുനൂറ്റി അൻപത്തേഴാമത്തെ അധ്യായം സമാപ്തമായി।
