ईश्वर उवाच । दक्षेणैवमनुज्ञातः शोचन्कर्म स्वकं तदा । दुःखशोकपरीतात्मा प्रभासं क्षेत्रमागतः
īśvara uvāca | dakṣeṇaivamanujñātaḥ śocankarma svakaṃ tadā | duḥkhaśokaparītātmā prabhāsaṃ kṣetramāgataḥ
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു: ദക്ഷൻ ഇങ്ങനെ അനുമതി നൽകിയതോടെ, അവൻ അപ്പോൾ സ്വന്തം കർമത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് വിലപിച്ചു; ദുഃഖശോകം നിറഞ്ഞ ഹൃദയത്തോടെ പ്രഭാസക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തി.
