दक्षः स्वभवनं गत्वा निर्वृतिं परमां गतः । चन्द्रोऽपि पूर्ववद्देवि रोहिण्यां निरतोऽभवत्
dakṣaḥ svabhavanaṃ gatvā nirvṛtiṃ paramāṃ gataḥ | candro'pi pūrvavaddevi rohiṇyāṃ nirato'bhavat
ദക്ഷൻ തന്റെ ഭവനത്തിലേക്കു മടങ്ങി പരമ തൃപ്തി പ്രാപിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ ഹേ ദേവി, ചന്ദ്രൻ മുൻപുപോലെ തന്നെ രോഹിണിയിലേയ്ക്ക് ആസക്തനായി നിന്നു।
