अद्यप्रभृति विप्रर्षे समं वर्त्तयितास्म्यहम् । पुत्रीभिस्तव सत्यं वै शपेऽहं शपथेन ते
adyaprabhṛti viprarṣe samaṃ varttayitāsmyaham | putrībhistava satyaṃ vai śape'haṃ śapathena te
ഹേ വിപ്രർഷേ! ഇന്നുമുതൽ ഞാൻ നിന്റെ പുത്രിമാരോടു സമമായി പെരുമാറും. ഇത് സത്യം; ശപഥത്തോടെ നിന്നോട് ഞാൻ പ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്യുന്നു.
