दक्षिणायां तु सर्वत्र बहुदेयं तथास्तु नः । एवमस्त्विति तैर्वाच्यं मूर्ध्ना ग्राह्यं च तेन तत्
dakṣiṇāyāṃ tu sarvatra bahudeyaṃ tathāstu naḥ | evamastviti tairvācyaṃ mūrdhnā grāhyaṃ ca tena tat
ദക്ഷിണയുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ എല്ലായിടത്തും ഉദാരമായി ധാരാളം ദാനം ചെയ്യണം—ഞങ്ങൾക്കും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാകട്ടെ. ഋത്വിജർ ‘ഏവമസ്തു’ എന്നു പറയും; ദാതാവ് ശിരസ്സ് കുനിച്ച് ആ സമ്മതം ഭക്തിയോടെ സ്വീകരിക്കണം.
