सर्वैरनुमतं कृत्वा ज्येष्ठेनैव च यत्कृतम् । द्रव्येण च विभक्तेन सर्वैरेव कृतं भवेत्
sarvairanumataṃ kṛtvā jyeṣṭhenaiva ca yatkṛtam | dravyeṇa ca vibhaktena sarvaireva kṛtaṃ bhavet
എല്ലാവരുടെയും സമ്മതം നേടി ജ്യേഷ്ഠൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യം, എല്ലാവരും ചെയ്തതായിട്ടാണ് കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്—പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ചെലവിന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം എല്ലാവർക്കും വിഭജിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ।
