Transliteration

darśanena sarasvatyā rājasūyo na rājate | gaṃḍūṣaścāśvamedhādvai sarva kratuvaraṃ payaḥ

Translation

സരസ്വതിയെ വെറും ദർശനം ചെയ്താലും രാജസൂയ യാഗത്തിന്റെ മഹിമ മങ്ങും; അവളുടെ ജലത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ഗണ്ഡൂഷം (ഒരു വായ് നിറ) അശ്വമേധത്തേക്കാളും ശ്രേഷ്ഠം—സകല ക്രതുഫലങ്ങളിലും ആ പയസ്സാണ് ഉത്തമം.
