स्वस्ति तेस्त्विति चैवोक्तः पतन्निह दिवाकरः । ब्रह्मर्षेर्वचनात्तस्य न पपात यतः प्रभुः
svasti testviti caivoktaḥ patanniha divākaraḥ | brahmarṣervacanāttasya na papāta yataḥ prabhuḥ
ഇവിടെ വീഴുകയായിരുന്ന ദിവാകരനോട് ‘സ്വസ്തി തേ അസ്തു’—‘നിനക്കു മംഗളം ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ’—എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ആ ബ്രഹ്മർഷിയുടെ വചനത്താൽ പ്രഭു (സൂര്യൻ) വീണില്ല.
