एवं सपादाः पञ्चैते लक्षाः पुण्याः प्रकीर्तिताः । पुरातनस्य कल्पस्य पुराणे तु विदुर्बुधाः
evaṃ sapādāḥ pañcaite lakṣāḥ puṇyāḥ prakīrtitāḥ | purātanasya kalpasya purāṇe tu vidurbudhāḥ
ഇങ്ങനെ സവ്വാ അഞ്ചുലക്ഷം എന്ന സംഖ്യ പുണ്യമെന്നായി കീർത്തിക്കപ്പെട്ടു; പുരാണത്തിൽ ജ്ഞാനികൾ അതിനെ പുരാതന കല്പത്തിന്റേതായി അറിയുന്നു.
