īśvara uvāca | evamābhāṣamāṇeṣu tridiveṣu sureśvari | tattejaḥ pañcadhāviṣṭaṃ vyāpyāśeṣaṃ jagattrayam
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Pañca-Prabhāsa (within Prabhāsa-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Purāṇic audience (and devas as immediate context)
Scene: At the moment the devas speak, a single blazing radiance divides into five streams, spreading across the three worlds like five luminous rivers of light.
Śiva’s power can manifest in measured forms to uphold cosmic balance while still pervading all existence.
Prabhāsakṣetra, connected to the fivefold localization of divine radiance (pañcaprabhāsa).
None directly; it narrates a cosmological event underpinning the site’s sanctity.
