राम उवाच । यदि तुष्टोऽसि मे देव यदि देयो वरो मम । दर्शयस्व स्वकं लिंगं यज्ञे वज्रेण छादितम्
rāma uvāca | yadi tuṣṭo'si me deva yadi deyo varo mama | darśayasva svakaṃ liṃgaṃ yajñe vajreṇa chāditam
രാമൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ ദേവാ, നിങ്ങൾ എനിക്കു പ്രസന്നനായി, എനിക്കു വരം നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, യജ്ഞത്തിൽ വജ്രംകൊണ്ട് മറച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വലിംഗം എനിക്ക് ദർശിപ്പിക്കണം।”
