एवमेतज्जगद्देवि उत्पत्तिस्थितिलक्षणम् । यत्रैवोत्पद्यते कृत्स्नं पुनस्तत्रैव लीयते
evametajjagaddevi utpattisthitilakṣaṇam | yatraivotpadyate kṛtsnaṃ punastatraiva līyate
ദേവീ! ഈ സമസ്ത ജഗത്ത് സൃഷ്ടിയും നിലനില്പും എന്ന ലക്ഷണങ്ങളുള്ളതാണ്; എവിടെ നിന്നാണ് ഇത് പൂർണ്ണമായി ഉദ്ഭവിക്കുന്നത്, അതേ ആധാരത്തിലേക്കുതന്നെ വീണ്ടും ലയിക്കുന്നു.
