Transliteration

imaṃ me gaṃgeti yatproktamanenāpi ca bhāmini | samudrajyeti maṃtreṇa snānamauṣadhibhiḥ smṛtam

Translation

ഹേ സുന്ദരീ, ‘ഇമം മേ ഗംഗേ…’ എന്നു ഉപദേശിച്ച മന്ത്രത്താലും ‘സമുദ്രജ്യേ…’ മന്ത്രത്താലും; ഔഷധദ്രവ്യങ്ങളോടുകൂടി സ്നാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതും സ്മൃതിയിൽ വിധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു।
