अंगुल्या दंतकाष्ठं च प्रत्यक्षं लवणं च यत् । मृत्तिकाभक्षणं चैव तुल्यं गोमांसभक्षणैः

Transliteration

aṃgulyā daṃtakāṣṭhaṃ ca pratyakṣaṃ lavaṇaṃ ca yat | mṛttikābhakṣaṇaṃ caiva tulyaṃ gomāṃsabhakṣaṇaiḥ

Translation

വിരലാൽ ദന്ത-മുഖശുദ്ധി ചെയ്യുക, ദന്തകാഷ്ഠത്തെ ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുക, പരസ്യമായി ഉപ്പ് സ്വീകരിക്കുക, മണ്ണ് ഭക്ഷിക്കുക—ഇവയെല്ലാം ഗോമാംസഭക്ഷണപാപത്തോട് തുല്യമെന്ന് പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു।
