जगाम बलहा तूर्णं वचनात्परमेष्ठिनः । अपश्यमानः कांचित्स्त्रीं या योग्या हंसवाहने

jagāma balahā tūrṇaṃ vacanātparameṣṭhinaḥ | apaśyamānaḥ kāṃcitstrīṃ yā yogyā haṃsavāhane

പരമേഷ്ഠി (ബ്രഹ്മാവ്)യുടെ വചനപ്രകാരം ബലഹാ അതിവേഗം പുറപ്പെട്ടു; ഹംസവാഹനനായ പ്രഭുവിന്റെ പവിത്രകർമ്മത്തിന് യോഗ്യയായ ഒരു സ്ത്രീയെ അന്വേഷിച്ചു.
