इति श्रुत्वा तदा देवः क्रोधस्फुरिताधरः । राक्षसानां वचश्चैव भक्ष्यमाणो दिवाकरः
iti śrutvā tadā devaḥ krodhasphuritādharaḥ | rākṣasānāṃ vacaścaiva bhakṣyamāṇo divākaraḥ
ആ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ദേവനായ ദിവാകരൻ ക്രോധത്തിൽ അധരം വിറച്ച്, രാക്ഷസരുടെ വാക്പ്രഹാരവും ആക്രമണവും കൊണ്ട് যেন ഗ്രസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതുപോലെ ആയി।
