ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि भैरवेश्वरमुत्तमम् । ब्रह्मकुण्डस्य ईशाने स्थितं पापप्रणाशनम् । चतुर्वक्त्रं महादेवं संस्थितं तीर्थरक्षणे
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi bhairaveśvaramuttamam | brahmakuṇḍasya īśāne sthitaṃ pāpapraṇāśanam | caturvaktraṃ mahādevaṃ saṃsthitaṃ tīrtharakṣaṇe
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഹേ മഹാദേവി! തുടർന്ന് ബ്രഹ്മകുണ്ഡത്തിന്റെ ഈശാന ഭാഗത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന, പാപനാശകനായ ഉത്തമ ഭൈരവേശ്വരനെ സമീപിക്കണം. അവിടെ തീർത്ഥരക്ഷയ്ക്കായി ചതുര്മുഖ മഹാദേവൻ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിതനാണ്.
