स्वर्गे वै यानि तीर्थानि तथैव च रसातले । तपःसामर्थ्ययोगेन ब्रह्मणाऽकर्षितानि च । अतस्तस्यैव नाम्ना तु ब्रह्मकुण्डं तु गीयते
svarge vai yāni tīrthāni tathaiva ca rasātale | tapaḥsāmarthyayogena brahmaṇā'karṣitāni ca | atastasyaiva nāmnā tu brahmakuṇḍaṃ tu gīyate
സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലെ തീർത്ഥങ്ങളും രസാതലത്തിലെ തീർത്ഥങ്ങളും—ബ്രഹ്മാവ് തപസ്സിന്റെ ശക്തിയാൽ അവയെ ഇവിടെ ആകർഷിച്ചു; അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ ‘ബ്രഹ്മകുണ്ഡം’ എന്നു പാടപ്പെടുന്നു.
