तत्कथं मम विप्रेन्द्राश्चंडालस्याधमात्मनः । धर्ममेवं विजानन्तो नूनमन्नं जिहीर्षथ
tatkathaṃ mama viprendrāścaṃḍālasyādhamātmanaḥ | dharmamevaṃ vijānanto nūnamannaṃ jihīrṣatha
ഹേ വിപ്രേന്ദ്രന്മാരേ! ഞാൻ അധമസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ചണ്ഡാലനാണ്; ധർമ്മം ഇങ്ങനെ അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടും നിങ്ങൾ എങ്ങനെ നിശ്ചയമായി എന്റെ കൈയിൽ നിന്ന് അന്നം സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു?
