भयान्मा त्वं राक्षसेन्द्र यात्राविघ्नकरो भव । बाल्ये वयसि यत्पापं वार्द्धक्ये यौवनेऽपि च । तत्सर्वं क्षालयेन्मर्त्यो दृष्ट्वा सोमेश्वरं प्रभुम्
bhayānmā tvaṃ rākṣasendra yātrāvighnakaro bhava | bālye vayasi yatpāpaṃ vārddhakye yauvane'pi ca | tatsarvaṃ kṣālayenmartyo dṛṣṭvā someśvaraṃ prabhum
അതുകൊണ്ട് ഹേ രാക്ഷസേന്ദ്രാ! ഭയത്താൽ യാത്രയ്ക്ക് വിഘ്നം വരുത്തരുത്. ബാല്യത്തിലും യൗവനത്തിലും വാർദ്ധക്യത്തിലും മനുഷ്യൻ ചെയ്ത ഏതു പാപവും, പ്രഭു സോമേശ്വരനെ ദർശിച്ചാൽ എല്ലാം കഴുകിപ്പോകുന്നു।
