तत्र सोमेश्वरो देवः स्वयं तिष्ठति शङ्करः । अब्भक्षैर्वायुभक्षैश्च दंतोलूखलिभिस्तथा । ऋषिभिर्वालखिल्यैश्च पूज्यमानः समंततः
tatra someśvaro devaḥ svayaṃ tiṣṭhati śaṅkaraḥ | abbhakṣairvāyubhakṣaiśca daṃtolūkhalibhistathā | ṛṣibhirvālakhilyaiśca pūjyamānaḥ samaṃtataḥ
അവിടെ ദേവൻ സോമേശ്വരൻ—സ്വയം ശങ്കരൻ—പ്രത്യക്ഷമായി വസിക്കുന്നു. ചുറ്റുമെല്ലാം ജലാഹാരികൾ, വായുഭക്ഷികൾ, ദന്തോലൂഖലികൾ, വാലഖില്യ ഋഷിമാർ എന്നിവർ അവനെ പൂജിക്കുന്നു.
