īśvara uvāca | śṛṇu devi pravakṣyāmi yoginīnāṃ mahodayam | sarvarakṣākaraṃ divyaṃ mahābhayavināśanam

ഈശ്വരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദേവീ, ശ്രവിക്കൂ; യോഗിനികളുടെ മഹോദയം ഞാൻ പ്രസ്താവിക്കും—അത് ദിവ്യം, സർവ്വരക്ഷ നൽകുന്നതും മഹാഭയം നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്।
