ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेद्वरारोहे प्रभासेश्वरमुत्तमम् । गौरीतपोवनाद्देवि पश्चिमे समुदाहृतम्
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchedvarārohe prabhāseśvaramuttamam | gaurītapovanāddevi paścime samudāhṛtam
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—അനന്തരം, ഹേ വരാരോഹിണീ ദേവി, ഗൗരിയുടെ തപോവനത്തിന്റെ പടിഞ്ഞാറായി പ്രസിദ്ധമായ പരമ പ്രഭാസേശ്വരനിലേക്കു പോകേണ്ടതാകുന്നു।
