പ്രതിപദ ദിനത്തിൽ വിവേകി വിധിപ്രകാരം ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ ഭോജനിപ്പിക്കുകയും, പുതുവസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ, സുഗന്ധദ്രവ്യങ്ങൾ, മാലകൾ, അനുലേപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് ആദരിക്കുകയും വേണം।
