gaṃdhatoyairupaskṛtya gāyatryā praṇavena ca | prokṣayetsarvadravyāṇi paścādarcanamārabhet

Translation

സുഗന്ധജലത്തോടെ ഉപസ്കരിച്ചു, ഗായത്രിയും പ്രണവവും (ഓം) ചേർത്ത് എല്ലാ ദ്രവ്യങ്ങളിലും പ്രോക്ഷണം ചെയ്യണം; തുടർന്ന് അർച്ചന ആരംഭിക്കണം.
