निर्ममा निरहंकारा निःसंगा निष्परिग्रहाः । चतुर्वर्गेपि निःस्नेहाः समलोष्टाश्मकांचनाः

nirmamā nirahaṃkārā niḥsaṃgā niṣparigrahāḥ | caturvargepi niḥsnehāḥ samaloṣṭāśmakāṃcanāḥ

അവർ മമതയും അഹങ്കാരവും ഇല്ലാത്തവർ, നിസ്സംഗരും അപരിഗ്രഹികളും; ചതുര്വർഗങ്ങളോടും ആസക്തിയില്ലാത്തവർ; മണ്ണുകട്ട, കല്ല്, സ്വർണം എന്നിവയെ സമമായി കാണുന്നവർ।
