varadāne naraḥ snāto gosahasraphalaṃ labhet | viṣṇudurvāsasoryatra varadānamabhūtpurā

വരദാനം തീർത്ഥത്തിൽ സ്നാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ആയിരം പശുദാനത്തിന്റെ ഫലത്തുല്യമായ പുണ്യം പ്രാപിക്കും; കാരണം ഇവിടെ തന്നെയാണ് പുരാതനകാലത്ത് വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെയും ദുർവാസാവിന്റെയും വരദാനം നടന്നത്।
