सूत उवाच । इत्युक्त्वा ब्राह्मणान्प्राह बलिं पौत्रं स्वकं ततः । त्वमपि श्रद्धया पौत्र कुरु जागरणं हरेः

സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ ശേഷം അദ്ദേഹം ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരോട് സംസാരിച്ചു; പിന്നെ തന്റെ പൗത്രൻ ബലിയോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“പൗത്രാ! നീയും ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ ഹരിയുടെ ജാഗരണം ചെയ്യുക.”
