अथ दुर्वाससः शापमवाप्यारुन्तुदं तदा । यादवेन्द्रस्य गृहिणी सहसा पर्यदेवयत्
atha durvāsasaḥ śāpamavāpyāruntudaṃ tadā | yādavendrasya gṛhiṇī sahasā paryadevayat
അപ്പോൾ ദുർവാസസിന്റെ മൂർച്ചയുള്ള, ഹൃദയം തുളയ്ക്കുന്ന ശാപം ലഭിച്ച യാദവേന്ദ്രന്റെ ഭാര്യ (രുക്മിണി) പെട്ടെന്ന് വിലപിച്ചു.
