Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) addressing the sages/brāhmaṇas (contextual attribution)
Tirtha: Dvārakā/Prabhāsa-kṣetra as Kali-yuga tīrtha-sāra (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Brāhmaṇas (dvijāḥ)
Scene: A sage addresses brāhmaṇas, summarizing the fruits of bathing at all tīrthas and giving charity; behind him, a symbolic map-like panorama shows many rivers and shrines converging into Dvārakā, with Kṛṣṇa’s presence as the unifying center for Kali-yuga seekers.
Dharma in Kali-yuga is upheld through accessible acts—tīrtha-bathing and capacity-based charity—whose merits are affirmed in Kṛṣṇa’s sacred context.
The immediate discourse is within Dvārakā-māhātmya, implicitly elevating Dvārakā as a Kali-yuga anchor of Kṛṣṇa’s presence while referencing tīrthas broadly.
Snāna (bathing) at tīrthas and dāna (charity) given according to one’s means (śaktyā).
