so'pi rājā mahābhāgo veṇuḥ śaṃbhoḥ prasādataḥ | śāśvataṃ sthānamāpanno durllabhaṃ tridaśairapi
Pulastya (narrative voice)
Scene: A crowned king Veṇu stands with folded hands before an unseen Śambhu; a radiant path or celestial gateway opens, indicating the ‘śāśvata sthāna’ attained by grace.
Śiva’s grace crowns steady devotion with the highest spiritual attainment—an eternal state surpassing ordinary heavenly rewards.
The Arbuda Khaṇḍa sacred shrine context is implicitly glorified as the arena where devotion matures into Śambhu’s liberating favor.
The verse is a result-statement (phala): steadfast devotion centered on pradakṣiṇā, supported by Śiva’s prasāda, leads to a supreme, enduring attainment.
