etacchṛṃgaṃ gire ramyaṃ tava saṃsevanācchubhe | sarvapāpaharaṃ nṛṇāṃ darśanācca bhaviṣyati
Devāḥ (the gods)
Tirtha: Arbuda-śṛṅga
Type: peak
Listener: Devī; with King as frame-listener
Scene: A radiant mountain peak with lush forests; the Goddess’s subtle presence is shown as a luminous aura or seated Devī on the peak, blessing pilgrims whose sins fall away like dark mist dispersing.
Holy places become spiritually potent through divine association, and even simple darśana can purify the pilgrim.
Īśānī-śikhara (the sacred peak in the Arbuda mountain region).
No specific rite is mandated here; the text emphasizes the merit of darśana (visiting/seeing) the peak.
