पिता मे निहतो यस्मात्क्षत्रियैस्तापसो द्विजः । अयुध्यमान एवाथ तस्मात्कृत्वा त्रिसप्त वै

എന്റെ പിതാവ്—തപസ്വിയായ ദ്വിജൻ—യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യാതിരിക്കെ തന്നെ ക്ഷത്രിയർ കൊന്നുകളഞ്ഞു; അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ തീർച്ചയായും ‘ത്രിഃസപ്ത’ നിർവഹിക്കും.
