pulastya uvāca | evamuktvā tu sa jñānī uṣitvā tatra śarvarīm | mṛkaṃḍenābhyanujñāta iṣṭaṃ deśaṃ jagāma ha
പുലസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ ശേഷം ആ ജ്ഞാനി മുനി അവിടെ തന്നെ രാത്രി കഴിച്ചു; മൃകണ്ഡന്റെ അനുവാദം ലഭിച്ചിട്ട്, തനിക്കിഷ്ടമായ ദേശത്തേക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ടു.
