Śiva (Śrī Bhagavān)
Tirtha: Acaleśvara (liṅga-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: muni-sattama / brāhmaṇa-śreṣṭha (addressed)
Scene: Śiva (Bhagavān) speaks a boon-like declaration before a newly manifested/enshrined liṅga, with a venerable brāhmaṇa-sage receiving the assurance that his word will be fulfilled; temple setting with lamps and ritual vessels.
Divine presence is anchored in the world through truth, vow, and grace—Śiva sanctifies a place by promising perpetual sāṃnidhya.
The Arbuda liṅga-shrine is affirmed as a permanent seat of Śiva’s presence, establishing its tīrtha-status.
No explicit ritual is detailed; the verse functions as the foundational charter for continuous worship and pilgrimage to the liṅga.
