पुलस्त्य उवाच । एवमुक्तः स भगवाञ्छंकरेण नृपोत्तम । ततस्तं पूजयामास ब्रह्मा पूर्वं सुभक्तितः
pulastya uvāca | evamuktaḥ sa bhagavāñchaṃkareṇa nṛpottama | tatastaṃ pūjayāmāsa brahmā pūrvaṃ subhaktitaḥ
പുലസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു: ഹേ നൃപോത്തമാ! ശങ്കരൻ ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, ബ്രഹ്മാവ് ഉത്തമ ഭക്തിയോടെ ആദ്യം ആ ഭഗവാനെ പൂജിച്ചു.
