मुद्गल उवाच । स्वर्गस्य ये गुणा दूत ये च दोषा प्रकीर्तिताः । तान्मे वद करिष्येऽहं श्रुत्वा वै यत्क्षमं भवेत्
mudgala uvāca | svargasya ye guṇā dūta ye ca doṣā prakīrtitāḥ | tānme vada kariṣye'haṃ śrutvā vai yatkṣamaṃ bhavet
മുദ്ഗലൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ഹേ ദൂതാ! സ്വർഗത്തിന്റെ ഗുണങ്ങളും പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ദോഷങ്ങളും എനിക്ക് പറയുക. അവ കേട്ട ശേഷം യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ യോജിച്ചതെന്തോ അതു ഞാൻ ചെയ്യും.
