वसिष्ठ उवाच । या वंध्यास्मिञ्जले पूर्णे स्नानमात्रं करिष्यति । सापि पुत्रमवाप्नोति सर्वलक्षणलक्षितम्
vasiṣṭha uvāca | yā vaṃdhyāsmiñjale pūrṇe snānamātraṃ kariṣyati | sāpi putramavāpnoti sarvalakṣaṇalakṣitam
വസിഷ്ഠൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഈ പുണ്യപൂർണ്ണ ജലത്തിൽ വന്ധ്യയായ സ്ത്രീ സ്നാനമാത്രം ചെയ്താൽ പോലും, അവൾക്കും സർവ്വശുഭലക്ഷണങ്ങളാൽ അടയാളപ്പെട്ട പുത്രൻ ലഭിക്കും.
