दौर्भाग्यदुःखसंतप्ता मरिष्याम न संशयः । अनेन जीवितेनापि मरणं निश्चयं भवेत्

Transliteration

daurbhāgyaduḥkhasaṃtaptā mariṣyāma na saṃśayaḥ | anena jīvitenāpi maraṇaṃ niścayaṃ bhavet

Translation

“ദൗർഭാഗ്യവും ദുഃഖവും ഞങ്ങളെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങൾ മരിക്കും—സംശയമില്ല. ഈ ജീവൻ ഉണ്ടായാലും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് മരണം തന്നെയാണു നിശ്ചയം പോലെ തോന്നുന്നത്.”
