धिग्धिङ्मे जीवितं नष्टं कुतः कार्यरतस्य च । कलत्र संग्रहं नैव मया कृतमबुद्धिना
dhigdhiṅme jīvitaṃ naṣṭaṃ kutaḥ kāryaratasya ca | kalatra saṃgrahaṃ naiva mayā kṛtamabuddhinā
“ധിക് ധിക്! എന്റെ ജീവിതം നശിച്ചു; പ്രവർത്തിയിൽ ഏർപ്പെട്ടിട്ടും എന്ത് ഫലം? അബുദ്ധിയാൽ ഞാൻ ഭാര്യാ-ഗൃഹസ്ഥജീവിതം പോലും ഒരുക്കിയില്ല।”
