पुलस्त्य उवाच । एवमस्त्विति स प्रोच्य तत्रैवांतरधीयत । शुक्रोपि दानवान्संख्ये हतान्देवैरनेकशः
pulastya uvāca | evamastviti sa procya tatraivāṃtaradhīyata | śukropi dānavānsaṃkhye hatāndevairanekaśaḥ
പുലസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—‘ഏവമസ്തു’ എന്നു അരുളി അദ്ദേഹം അവിടെയേ അന്തർധാനം ചെയ്തു. ശുക്രനും യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ദേവന്മാർ പലവിധമായി വധിച്ച ദാനവരെ കണ്ടു.
